Update

So after 3 months of using Advocare products, I am now down 30 lbs. from when I started. No...this isn't the result of a "Biggest Loser"-type weight loss. I have just been pairing my Advocare products with a healthy diet and exercise.

Typically, I will have a Meal Replacement Shake on the mornings when I am running out the door for work and scrambled eggs when I have time. I take the "ThermoPlus" pill 30 mins. before one of my meals which helps with my metabolism and fat burning. Pair this with a Spark some days and exercise and the weight loss is easy.

Buyer Beware

I'll admit...I'm frugal! I don't like paying full price for anything. Typically if I want to buy something, I will do a "Google" search and look for the cheapest place to buy that product.

If you do a "Google" search for Advocare products, you might find people are selling the products on eBay, Amazon.com, and craigslist.org. While these may seem like bargains, beware that not only does Advocare strictly prohibit products being sold on online marketplaces, they also will not support your products bought from there. Say a seal is broken or something is missing...you will have no recourse to get your product replaced or your money back.
